ABOUT US

Bluedio is a full service production studio and partnership between Erica Chase and David Bertok.  David comes from a background in Film/TV as well as progressive rock music and Erica has her musical roots in pop as a singer/songwriter.  Just as diverse as their musical influences are, so are their origins.  Erica grew up in Los Angeles, CA while David hails from Bratislava, Slovakia and was raised in Munich, Germany. They met in Los Angeles and developed a strong musical bond.

Together, they compliment each other, and their eclectic pasts and interests make them a unique pair to work with.  They have recently worked with German Idol winner, Marie Wegener, deadmau5, Jess Jacobs and Georgia Greene (Trousdale).

Bluedio write albums, trailer music, Film/TV scores and also offers songwriting/producing services.

David bertok

David grew up in Europe where he studied classical piano
and established himself as touring musician and songwriter/producer.
  As a Fulbright Scholar, David relocated to Los Angeles in 2012 to complete the SMPTV program at the University of Southern California.  Since graduating he has been composing and orchestrating for feature films, documentaries and television in the United States and Europe.
 Recent credits include music for the feature films “Botero”, “For the Love of George” (starring Rosanna Arquette), the award winning “The Wedding Invitation” and the Netflix TV shows “Chef’s Table”.

ERICa CHASE

Erica began her career in the music industry as a singer/songwriter and artist.  Guided by industry veteran and multi-platinum artist/producer, Dana Strum, Erica learned the business by going on tour with legendary acts like Motley Crue and Slaughter.  She is a prolific songwriter, having written nearly 1000 songs, and enjoys nothing more than creating something out of nothing. 

Erica has been featured and profiled in many mainstream publications such as the Huffington Post, Yahoo!, Guitar World, AOL, AXS, MSN, Fox, and many more.
